• Payment Terms: Payment terms will be established in your purchase agreement. We reserve the right to require deposits for custom orders.
• Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations may be subject to restocking fees or charges for work already completed.

Creative Display Works stands behind the quality of our products. Specific warranty terms vary by product and will be provided with your purchase documentation. Generally:

• Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship
• LED components carry manufacturer warranties as specified
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
• Custom fabrication work is warranted for the agreed-upon specifications

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Display Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
